Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Trainer with deep knowledge in the field of Logistics, who will be responsible for conducting training and development training for our clients. The ideal candidate should have not only solid logistics competences, but also the ability to convey knowledge in an understandable and inspiring way.

Duties:

  1. Designing and conducting logistics training for employees of various levels of experience.
  2. Individual support in the professional development of employees, identification of areas for improvement.
  3. Collaboration with the HR team to develop competence development plans.
  4. Monitor training effectiveness and adapt training programs as needed.

Requirements: 

  1. Professional experience in the field of Logistics (minimum 8 years).
  2. Ability to conduct training and presentations in an accessible and engaging way.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Higher education in Logistics or related fields.
  5. Fluent knowledge of English (min. C1)
  6. Knowledge of German is desirable
  7. Experience in conducting training or a trainer certificate preferred

Job description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for the effective management of an international consulting project for a client from the space industry sector. The client is a company based in Lyon, France. The candidate will act as a project team leader, overseeing all stages of the project, from initial planning to final implementation. A person in this position will have the opportunity to work on a global project requiring high linguistic and industry competence.

Duties:

  1. Planning, coordinating and monitoring project progress from start to finish
  2. Managing a project team, ensuring effective communication and motivation
  3. Setting project goals and defining its scope, schedule and budget
  4. Close cooperation with a client from the space industry based in France
  5. Identification and management of risks and problems during project implementation
  6. Reporting on project progress and achievements

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a similar position, knowledge of the space or engineering industry preferred
  2. Very good knowledge of French (fluent level)
  3. Ability to effectively manage a team and motivate it to achieve goals
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills

The person in this position will have a key role in analyzing consumer data, market trends and the effectiveness of marketing activities for a client from the FMCG sector.

Duties:

  1. Analysis of data related to the FMCG market, including consumer, sales, price data, etc.
  2. Preparing reports and presentations based on data analysis
  3. Drawing important conclusions and business recommendations based on analysis
  4. Collaborate with the project team to understand the client's needs and adapt the analysis to their requirements
  5. Implementation of analytical solutions supporting business decision-making

Requirements:

  1. Experience working as a Data Analyst or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG or related sector
