UX expertise of the IT system

At the request of a public organizational unit, we conducted a UX analysis of the IT system in cooperation with partners. We performed a multi-threaded analysis on several levels. In our work, we used tools such as eye-tracking, recording facial expressions, and benchmarking. Our report and recommendations consisted of over 90 pages.

Market research of consulting services

At the request of a private entity, we conducted a full-scale market research of one of the services that the client provides to its clients. He was not sure whether the service was dedicated to the right group of recipients and whether it was worth investing in. We made a thorough analysis of the undertaken project, prepared research tools and selected the research group. The study proved that the service is worth implementing on the market - the client started investing.

Testing the level of service quality (Mystery Shopping)

A training company organizing law conferences commissioned us to conduct a study on the quality of the service it provides to probation officers, prosecutors and judges. For this purpose, our team decided to use Mystery Shopping research. We analyzed and selected areas of research features, trained a mystery shopper and sent him to one of the training courses. The report showed several shortcomings, which the client immediately eliminated.

Feasibility study

One of the regional investors wanted to obtain a detailed analysis of an investment in renewable energy sources and commissioned us to conduct a feasibility study of this project. Our team performed a proper analysis and conducted research, the conclusions of which were presented in the report. The client decided not to take the risk because the costs compared to the potential profits exceeded them many times.

Implementation of KMS (Knowledge Management System)

For a company from the space industry, we designed and implemented a knowledge management system including mapping the processes of knowledge collection and processing using IT tools. The client and his company entered the path of an organization building competitive advantage based on knowledge
