In May 2012, Marek Nowicki started a sole proprietorship, providing training in the field of e-commerce, communication and marketing for projects co-financed by the EU.
In 2014, Nowicki Enterprises Solutions - Marek Nowicki creates the first official brand called SpeakingClubs, providing English language training services to industrial clients.
In 2016, as part of cooperation with EGIDA - Magdalena Buła, Nowicki Enterprises Solutions launches another brand called BHP LifeLine. At this stage, the company provides training and business consulting services, as well as English language learning services under the name SpeakingClubs, and expands the scope of services to include occupational health and safety services for companies under the name BHP LifeLine. The company is constantly developing.
The size of the business and the need to systematize the organizational structure of the company forced the company's management to transform into a commercial law entity, a limited liability company, which was entered into the National Court Register on December 21, 2018, at the District Court Katowice-Wschód in Katowice. As part of the transformation, three companies were consolidated: Nowicki Enterprises Solutions - Marek Nowicki (business and language training), EGIDA - Magdalena Buła (OHS services) and Aleksandra Nowicka (accounting services).
As part of strategic management, in January 2019, the company's management adopted a modified mission and vision of the company, making the message known to employees and the business environment, starting a new chapter in the development of the organization, giving it direction and a sense of existence on the market.
